On Valentine’s Day, Tuesday, February 14th, Ambar Capitol Hill & Ambar Clarednon will offer an exclusive Valentines Day Dinner menu featuring 5 Valentine’s Day food specials. Guests will be able to enjoy unlimited small plates, unlimited selected drinks & a dessert to share for $99.99/person.

Menu will feature 5 Valentines food specials:

• *Duck carpaccio - duck breast / saffron aioli / pear salsa
• *Beet Salad - Roasted beets / currant dressing / Blackberry / Sweet pecan nut
• *Veal roulade - Rolled veal / gravy / roasted potato
• *Lobster risotto - Lobster / rice / Mascarpone cheese
• *Chocolate cake - Chocolate cake with hazelnut and tropical salsa
